A Midwest girl at heart, Amelia originally hails from the proud "Cheese State" of Wisconsin. Growing up, she played every sport under the sun, including soccer which she competed in for 10 years. But her vivid imagination often led her on self-invented adventures to her backyard where she would take on the roles of runaway children, secret princesses, and powerful mages. It wasn't until she moved abroad to Malaysia and Germany, where she resided for the majority of her teenage years, that she discovered theatre and performing. 

Upon moving back to America in 2020, Amelia found a lack of performing opportunities within her community, and in turn began independently submitting herself to student and short films in the area. These quickly became her new acting education. Now in Chicago, Amelia continues to approach opportunities and auditions with the same fervent enthusiasm as her 13-year-old self walking onto her international school's stage to perform for the first time.
